SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47 "An Act                              
relating to equipment, registration, and identification of custom              
collector vehicles; and providing for an effective date" which had             
been held in third reading (page 441) was before the Senate.                   
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                   
SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47 be held to the February                      
26 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
